Check that the app has camera permission and try again in good light. If it still fails, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
Enable location services for 2 fois and allow foreground access. A visit is verified by GPS within 50 metres of the merchant, so location must be on when you scan.
Open the Wallet tab and pull to refresh, or sign out and back in. Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date earned.
