How do I get help with 2 fois?

Email support@2fois.com or message us on WhatsApp. Include your device type and a short description of the issue. We reply in English, French or Arabic.

Why won’t a QR code scan?

Check that the app has camera permission and try again in good light. If it still fails, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

Why does the location check fail?

Enable location services for 2 fois and allow foreground access. A visit is verified by GPS within 50 metres of the merchant, so location must be on when you scan.

My reward isn’t showing — what do I do?

Open the Wallet tab and pull to refresh, or sign out and back in. Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date earned.

I’m a merchant and need help with setup or my dashboard.

Message us on WhatsApp with your business name. Setup takes about 5 minutes: we generate your QR code and you print it for your counter. No hardware or POS change is needed.
